Mighty Avengers #6

Mighty Avengers #6

$2.99
VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
Written by BRIAN MICHAEL BENDIS Pencils & Cover by FRANK CHO

The shocking conclusion to the Ultron terror as the Avengers reassemble and go on the offensive. It’s now or never for an Ultron butt-kicking. How on Earth will Tony Stark survive this??? And how does this connect to the startling Skrull infestation that may have taken over the Marvel Universe? The next big clue to the truth is HERE!!

"Let’s be clear: Mighty Avengers #6 is not perfect. It’s taken forever to come out, the bottom-of-the-page repeated motif of ‘Password Override Denied’ is pretty irritating, the thought balloon gags are wearing pretty thin, the fate of Sentry’s wife is about three steps beyond a copout, and the whole storyline couldn’t be more out of step with the rest of the Marvel line if it was a Secret Wars II tie-in. But despite some sizable problems, there’s a decently thrilling storyline in here, as Ares and Ant-Man team-up to defeat Girly Ultron. Definitely not an arc likely to resound through the years as a testament to the greatness of the Avengers, it’s still a fun comic, well-enough-done by two creators who do mesh well together."
