VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
by Brendan Deneen & Paul Green
After crash-landing on the planet Mongo, Flash, Dale, and Dr. Zarkov find themselves separated from each other, with Flash wandering the deadly forests of Arboria and Dale waking up as a guest of none other than Ming the "Merciful"! Plus, a fan-favorite character from Alex Raymond's original comic-strip debuts! It's classic retro-pulp science-fiction action, for a whole new generation! Date Available: 10/08/2008
BONUS REVIEW by JIMMY HAYES

WOW!!! Ardden Entertainment pulls out another 10 star comic book two issues in a row. This issue starts with a BANG and doesn't stop until the last page!!! I have to be honest, I really hadn't heard of artist Paul Green before this comic book, and after seeing this issue, it's only a matter of time before he's going to become one of the industries TOP names. Writer Brendan Deneen delivers another fantastic script that manages to be heavy on action AND plot, with a healthy amount of hot girls thrown in for good measure. If you're sick to death of Crisis' and Invasions that have you buying a million tie-ins, pick this up and you will NOT regret it!
I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams
