Written by Geoff Johns Art and covers by Scott Kolins

The critically-acclaimed FLASH team of writer Geoff Johns and artist Scott Kolins reunites for a tale of villainy and twisted justice tying in to FINAL CRISIS!
Captain Cold and the Rogues were accessories to the murder of Bart Allen. They’ve become what they never set out to be – wanted! Wanted by the good guys, by former Rogue Pied Piper, and by the Secret Society of Super-Villains. But just as they try to disappear underground, good, old-fashioned revenge yanks them back. And where is the Flash during all of this? It’s a Crisis — take a guess.

STORY
ART
Can a good story be ruined by bad art? In the case of this issue it certainly can. Written very well by Geoff Johns the story follows the Flash's Rogues as they continue they're run from captivity. The characterizations and motivations are dead on and this looks to be an interesting story. Too bad for the art. Scott Kolins, who I used to be a huge fan of just doesn't seem to care how his artwork looks anymore. A muddy, incoherent mess for most of the issue, the art makes the story almost impossible to follow. So I've decided to do something unprecedented. I'm going to give this book two grades, one based on the quality of the story and one based on the quality (or lack thereof) of the art.
I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams for STORY
