Dr. Henry Jones Jr. may be the world’s preeminent archeologist, but that doesn’t mean he’s spent his life in the library! Ready and able to do whatever it takes to preserve the final remnants of history’s most significant happenings, he’ll go head-to-head against Hitler’s elite who want nothing more than to exploit objects of ancient power in pursuit of world dominance! Be there for the beginning of this roller coaster thrill ride of non-stop excitement as Indiana Jones dons his hat, packs his whip, and undertakes an endeavor more awesome than anything ever!
REVIEW by Brian Fisher

Just about anything was going to better than that cinematic travesty they called "Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls," so suffice it to say I liked the first issue of this series. Set during the early years of World War II, Tomb of the Gods is a more traditional take on Indy than "Kingdom" was, Nazis and all. Indy is entrusted with an artifact, one third of an ancient key that unlocks... something. Anyone, like myself who was disappointed with the most recent addition to the Indy movie franchise should get a kick out of this story. Heck, maybe even those of you who liked the movie will like this.
