Tom DeFalco more than any other writer I can think of, writes with a formula. Luckily I like his formula - it reminds me of 1970's Marvel storytelling and that's just fine. If you go into this series expecting to have your world rocked or to see someone reinvent comics, you'll be sadly disappointed. But if,like me, you go into it for a fun read then Thunderstrike is the comic for you! 3 issues in and still enjoying the ride! 8 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
