The World Eaters are marauding across Earth on an?unstoppable rampage towards Asgard. The only thing that stands between them and our utter annihilation is Odin... and the Asgardian Blood Legion... and with them comes colossal combat the likes of which the world has never seen. 32 PGS.

I can’t compete with Pastor Sam on his reviews of everything Daredevil, though I’m as devoted to Thor as he is on DD. I’ve asked for the return of Odin, since Thor was the only ongoing comic I know about that displayed a constant father-son relationship, which gave it something earnest, and they’ve heeded my words; he’s back, and on the cover, no less. Loki is also hanging around somewhere, too, as are the regular cast. But still I’m not totally happy…the current storyline in the whole assault-on-Asgard-methinks-if-we-fall-so-does-everything plotline has some interesting moments, but overall doesn’t evolve the character. If you enjoy slugfests, and Asgardians defending their turf, this is a good comic for you. For me, I can’t wait to get back to the father-son-stepbrother tensions…
