VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
Alan Moore writes a classic tale int his book, illustrated by Kevin O'Neill. A fascinating bit of comic history (and an all around good issue). This story/art lead to Kevin ONeill being the first comic book artist to ever be blacklisted by the Comics Code Authority. While having broken no written rules of the code, his artwork was found to be so disturbing that they vowed to not approve anything he ever illustrated in the future. I remember reading about this in the Comics Buyers Guide, would certainly like to know more beyond that. Either way, the demons he illustrates are fairly disturbing so I can see where they're coming from, even though they were wrong to do so VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
