 The 'This is pretty good, I guess.'continues in Star Wars High Republic #2. One of the nice features of a new cast of characters is that they can all actually be in jeopardy, meaning the threat posed to them is real. The threat here are The Nihil. Know the reavers from Firefly? These are smarter reavers. Star Reavers, sure, we'll go with that. They poison, they dehydrate, they stab, they shoot, they slice, they dice, but wait! There's more! Marvel is off to a perfectly fine start here, but this isn't nearly the best SW HR book out today. Hmmm...maybe you should keep reading the reviews.
