Why do so many organizations that purport to help people always have to have a secret cabal and nefarious purpose and malicious intent and evil insiders, ALWAYS TRYING TO DESTROY THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM PROTECT THE INNOCENT HELP THE NEEDY FIND THE SOLUTION???? I only ask because this is the fourth book I've read this week where that's the case and I'VE ONLY READ FOUR BOOKS AND DEPARTMENT OF ****ING TRUTH IS NEXT IN MY STACK!!! PRETTY SURE I KNOW HOW THAT'S GOING TO PLAY OUT! I'm missing the BPRD I guess. Nice scratchy art by Dell'Edera in an extended flashback sequence. I give it 6 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
