BONUS REVIEW by Shawn

If Skyward is the Young Adult version of a girl-with-flight fantasy, this book would be the David lynch version. It's an unsettling read, feeling very much like a Marvel Netflix show directed by David Chronenberg. It's by far the best of the Berger Books that we've seen, and it's one of the best things Dark Horse is publishing right now. It may seem like high praise for a debut, but I can tell you that I'm desperate to see the next one, unless I read it in a nightmare before it's released. Highly recommended for anybody who wants to read something unique, those who are aware that the universe is breathing and/or that it's an abandoned house with no floors, as well as those who have or are hoping to develop a fear of cacti.

ADDITIONAL WORDS OF PRAISE FROM KEVIN BECAUSE YOU SHOULD BUY THIS BOOK!!!!

This was the best book of the week in a week of great books. I don't think that's overselling it. It was so good, I wish it was daily so we'd get issue #2 on Thursday.

I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
