 This was a spectacular #0, as it works well as a lead-in to the Secret Weapons miniseries, but it also serves as a great introduction to large concepts in the Valiant Universe. There's a whole lot here about the inner workings of the Harbinger Foundation, which is probably going to be of at least nominal import in the upcoming Harbinger Wars II series this summer. Highly recommended for those who think that an Academy Award nominated writer might produce a pretty good comic, people who miss done-in-one issues, and those who think that a comic books structural integrity shouldn't be compromised by a stern gaze. I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
