REVIEW by Brian Fisher

There’s a lot going on in this issue. Really, a lot. Captain Skrull-Vell dies (don’t worry, I’m not spoiling anything, it happens in the first two pages), the Avengers head back to New York (finally), the Howling Commandoes make their triumphant reappearance, and at long last Captain America and Thor make the scene to unite heroes and villains in the final smackdown against the invading forces. More conspiracies and threats from within are hinted at, and the full force of the Skrull army descends upon Central Park. It looks like, with any luck the last two issues of the series are gonna be packed to the brim with Skrull ass-whuppin’.
I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
