![]() Marvel is usually pretty good about writing codas to their big events. Heck, the only good thing about Civil War II was the coda with Hydra Steve telling Tony everything he was about to do. This issue isn't as good as that one was. It does have definitive answers about the fates of Hydra Steve, Black Widow, Rick Jones, and more. It also has some nice 'evil mirror' sequences with Steve and Steve debating their positions. Both believe they're right. Both have good points, even if they are points you won't morally agree with. Both also have support inside and out. To say who would be telling (story wise). Creator wise, it would be Nick Spencer and Andrea Sorrentino. Working against them would be Joe Bennett, but even he is a better Joe Bennett than usual. There's also a nice insert about Marvel Legacy that might be useful insight into the big changes that are coming from the little comic company based in New York. I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
