THE HYBORIAN HUNT'S SHOCKING CONCLUSION! Conan is dead. Long live Conan of Cimmeria. But with Thulsa Doom and the Cult of Set ready to accomplish their ultimate plan, the Savage Avengers might not have time to mourn. Can Marvel's deadliest heroes dig deep within themselves to save the past, present and future or will Deathlok's journey across the timestream have been for nothing? With the fate of the world at stake, the Savage Avengers will face the threat the only way they know how - to the death.

How can this be? This book should not be as good as it has been, for as long as it has been. The clear editorial thrust of' "Let's stick Conan with whoever for as long as we have the license!" did not look like it was going to yield a winner. Seriously, this book is just aces because it has zero Conans left to give, and is all the better for it. When this period of Marvel time is remembered, this book will be among those spoken of, as in "'member that book where Conan started swinging unconscious Wolverine around like a broadsword?" If you want a completely detached Marvel comic that just exists to have as much fun as it can possibly have, this is that thing. It's all so crazy that every single issue is a jump-on issue. Highly recommended for fans of Jake Gallows, anybody who doesn't need to take it all so very seriously, and Deathlok fans. And Miles Morales fans.

I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams
