 The best thing to happen to Red Sonja since Wendy Pini's adolescence, this new series is being written by Mark Russell, the man who's done more period pieces than Merchant Ivory. He's as good as that Donny Cates fellow you may have heard about. Unfortunately, the art is pretty standard, and it's the only thing that keeps the book from being as good as the current Conan series. The New Red Sonja-now 100% Brigitte Nielsen free! You know that must mean quality! Highly recommended for anyone who liked Prez, Flintstones, Exit Snagglepuss, and the current Lone Ranger series. Also highly recommended for those who learned about girls from Sonja and Vampirella. Don't deny it and stop living a lie, why don't you? I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
