It's been one thousand years since anyone has seen the oceans of the Earth, but with Aquaman's original trident recently discovered, a chase to control Earth's future tears across the galaxy. All this and the reunion you'd never thought you'd see! Another DC sci-fi epic into the far-flung future like you've never seen before!

It's a fairly complicated book with a whole lot of characters, so there's that. It's also the title that tends to break whatever Crisis is going on at the moment, even breaking the very first one before it was finished. However, who cares? It's a fun book about teenager stuff that takes place in the 30th century. It's like future 90210 with a cast that could destroy a planet. It's also an excellent chance for Bendis to do a bunch of dialogue heavy, teen soap opera stuff. It's a hoot, unless you actually care what color the fictional alien children are. Highly recommended for those who can move on and let it go, those who like Superman-when he was a boy, and anybody who misses the Supersons book because Damien's going on a temporal vacation starting next issue.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
