The JSA returns in this monthly series by writer Geoff Johns and artist Mikel Janin with Justice Society of America: The New Golden Age Part One! The world's first and greatest superheroes return! Or do they? A long-lost hero from the JSA crashes into our era with a grave warning... but it's too late. A mysterious and malevolent enemy has invaded the entire history of the JSA, and an all-new team must come together to defeat it. But what deadly secret does this messenger from beyond keep? Where are they from? And why is all of this happening now? Only the Time Masters know...
Date Available: 11/22/2022
BONUS REVIEW by Rick Berg

The Golden Boy Steve read this first. JSA has always been one of his favorite books, teams, characters, etc. Geoff Johns wrote some great Flash and Green Lantern, according to Steve. Steve could barely attempt to explain this issue to me without his brain hurting. So I read it.
Ugh, Batman is NOT a JSA regular... Ugh. Time Travel.
Mikel Janin is good.
Geoff Johns is Geoff Johns. We get it... you had family tragedy. That sucks a lot. Time to move on, maybe?
If I understand correctly, the middle 18 or so pages only matter until I finished reading them. I can't tell, 'cause time travel. I can't believe the four guest artists actually drew their guest panels... I don't want to have looked at them, as they tarnish great names...
Please let me know if issue #2 is better.

I give it 3 out of 10 Grahams
