'HOPSCOTCH MÉLANGE,' Part Four A long time from now, Captain Noah Smith floats through space aboard his Archival Recivilization Capsule, searching for a fertile planet upon which to rebuild Earth. But out there in the dark vacuum, he finds… something else. This is the final, sugary story of Noah's A.R.C.

Currently my favorite book being published, Ice Cream Man is always a surprising read. Strangely, almost every issue would make a great point for new readers to pick it up, while simultaneously having elements that would be indecipherable to those who haven't read the prior issues. If David Cronenberg wrote a treatment of Preacher for David Lynch to film, it wouldn't matter because that would be a movie. This is a funny book, and wholly original ones are rare. So enjoy the icky feeling that it provides, won't you? Highly recommended for readers of discerning taste who may be looking for something off the beaten path.

I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams
