 House of Ten returns with TEN Mutants going TEN years in the future to stop TEN... No, none of that is right. This is the House of X (EX=Former, see wife, addendum 6 page 13), and we're working in 'real' time here. That timetable is influenced by Powers of X, by Moira having the ability to know more than a telepath might, and by every reader being able to read a page and understand what's going on even if they have to learn a new alphabet to do so. Yes, this is a thing. Hickman keeps the book moving at a brisk pace, and Pepe Larraz keeps the reader's eye moving in the appropriate Z. Marte Gracia's bold color contrasts remain wonderful. This is all useful when mutant subjugation to human laws reaches a swift and sassy end. Homework assignment: Who do you think is a secretly an Omega Sentinel in your life?
