Heroes In Crisis #3

Heroes In Crisis #3

$4.99
VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
(W) Tom King
(A/CA) Clay Mann
The Man of Steel versus…Booster Gold?! Superman finds out the hard way that Booster can be a formidable opponent when his back's against the wall. Of course, being the prime suspect in a superhero massacre and exposing a secret trauma hospital for metahumans will do just that. Meanwhile, Batman and the Flash combine their detective skills to investigate what went awry at Sanctuary and uncover a serious glitch in the system-not to mention an explosive, spoiler-ific secret!
Date Available: 11/28/2018
BONUS REVIEW by "Doc" Schaefer

More backround as the days prior to the tradgedy are replayed for the readers. Unfortunately, very little is learned to keep the story moving forward and it's almost distasteful looking back and reliving the tear-jerking events that brought these heroes and villains here. Speedy and Kid Flash's losses, the mental anguish of Lagoon Boy time with the Teen Titans, are all well documented elsewhere but this review makes you want to turn away. In the end, this may turn out to be an excellent story but divided up into these 9 pieces is not helping.

I give it 6 out of 10 Grahams
