Greg Salinger was just your typical merc for hire - FOOLKILLER - killing those that he deemed to be 'foolish.' And for money. But that life is behind him now. Today, he's a psychiatrist, trying to help others. But now S.H.I.E.L.D. wants him to try to rehabilitate super villains. The catch? If these 'patients' don't make enough progress, they're dead! Parental Advisory

I have fond memories of the character of Foolkiller from back in the 70's in Man-Thing. Not even able to claim to be a tertiary character, he was one of those goofy throwaway characters that were so endearing back then. And like most revisited characters, various reimaginings have never recreated the lovable factor that the original had. Writer Mark Bemis's current take however shows promise. And the character of the Young Red Skull is hilarious. "Nickles and Butt Sweat" indeed!

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
