 Well, this is no fun to write, as I'm loathe to drag anybody into the vast net of mediocrity that is Empyre, but this X-Men tie-in thing is as good as a "meh" issue of Hickmans regular X-Title. See, this whole Empyre gig has bunches to do with plant dudes, and the X-Men are way into flora lately. Those things are the crux of this thing. Highly recommended for anyone who realizes that I am in no way recommending Empyre, and those more devoted X-Fans who showed up yesterday while it was still on the rack.
