 A random selection of stories featuring the best and brightest of the DC Universe villains that misses the mark. Bouncing back and forth between tales of touchy feely humor and overtly serious tones, the reader is left a bit battered. Plus, some of the tales seem to use the summer theme of the book more seriously than others. A nice attempt to give us readers a themed 80 pager but it just doesn't do the job.
