Hey Kids! Crossovers! It's been done since Superman first hung out with Santa in between beating the bejeezus out of lousy landlords. Some are aces, others are...less so. Who doesn't remember when Silver Surfer met Rune? Daredevil and Magdelena? I would be remiss not to mention the oft requested Gambit/Nightman. Well, there's good news for fans of random shenanigans, as Boss Battle is a hoot. Make no mistakes, it's dumb and matters not one whit, but it's really it's own brand of lunatic fun. Think the Jackass 3 of comic books and that's the vibe. If you're in the mood for nutty, any book that features the Joker fighting Annabelle the killer doll has at the very least a soupcon of merit. Highly recommended for those who enjoy seeing random violence in their funny books, readers looking for a few panels of Superman and Homelander hitting each other, and anyone who's prescription has run out and requires a 10 minute distraction from real life violence.
