To him? To Los Angeles? To you? YES. Featuring the first in a series of backup stories by Pulitzer Prize winner MICHAEL CHABON and CASANOVA co-creator GABRIEL BÁ.

BONUS REVIEW by Allison Alleman

Hey, remember how you had Casanova on your pull list? Yeah, neither did I. Casanova Acedia #1 was a pleasant surprise in my stack this week. For those unfamiliar, Casanova is a three trade long series that is full of robot floozies, sci-fi drugs, and fast paced action that is entertaining albeit barely comprehensible. I recommend the entire series, but a first time reader can do a quick Wiki on who Casanova Quinn is and start with this book. As usual, Ba's drawings are incredible and fluid, the colors speak as loud as the dialogue, and the story is exciting and coherent.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
