Hey Kids! The future is almost over! As we watch the 5G sized bullet whiz past us next week, let's look ahead to the plain old 4G horizon that's less "infinite" and more "two weeks from now". If you're a Batman fan, that future starts in this collection. James Tynion, whose personal story arc goes from taking over for Tom King on the fly, having to write the "final" Batman/Joker story for the current "G", and then getting the gig for real after an editorial decision that this "G" is just swell as is. Anyway, Tynion seems to want to make Batman creepy again, the art was excellent, and it's an aces Joker story that's pleasantly about as deep as a thimble. Highly recommended for Joker fans, the rare but existent lapsed Batman reader, and those who fondly remember Bernie Wrightson covers on Detective issues. Creepy.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
