As the events of DARK NIGHTS: METAL rock the DC Universe, the creatures of the Dark Multiverse stand ready to invade our world! How can even the World's Greatest Heroes stop a horde of deadly beings that appear to be powerful, nightmare versions of familiar figures? Find out in these special tie-in issues!
Date Available: 10/04/2017
BONUS REVIEW by "Doc" Schaefer

Finally, a Dark Nights tie in that has something new and exciting. And while Bruce Wayne being given a Green Lantern ring is nothing new, the idea of young Bruce Wayne getting the ring just moments after his parents are killed is nothing more than inspiring. What young Bruce does with his new ring is amazing and raises a whole lot of questions. Young Bruce's dialogs with Gordon are truly bad@## and his (brief) interaction with the Green Lantern Corps is wonderful. Special items of note ... the fact that evil parallel earths have negative numbers, an appearance by the Black Lantern version of Thomas and Martha Wayne, and a full blown visit with the Batman who laughs. Sam Humphries has a fine grasp of his subject matter and Ethan Van Sciver is the perfect artist for this tale. I just wonder how many black markers Jason Wright went through to color this bad boy?!

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
