This has been a great week for fans that want to see Avengers fighting Ultron. Ultron Forever is a book that pleases on many levels. The book can be read on its own without any prior knowledge, but it is a continuation of an alternate future Black Widow saw in The Avengers. And while Ewing's plot isn't anything new - a character calls others from the past, present, and future to fight the overlord Ultron - it puts in some details that are missing from current comics. New characters are explained very well, without stopping the plot, and readers get to see characters from different times mingle, which leads to interesting, if not funny interactions. Davis' art resembles 90's art - no, no, in a good way! - which works well, as that is what the book reads like - in the best way possible. One of my favorite elements was that Hulk from the past talks like what he used to talk like - for instance, he called someone a "palooka," and no one says that anymore, right? In picking it up I had next to no expectations for this book, but after finishing it I couldn't wait for the next issue - which comes out next week! This is what a future "Age of Ultron"-type book should be: lighthearted, fun, and action-packed!

I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
