(W) Mark Waid & Various (A) Pepe Larraz (CA) Mark Brooks NO SURRENDER Part 3 NOW ON SALE WEEKLY! Quicksilver flamed out of the Avengers, leaving devastation in his wake. But now that it's all hands on deck, is this his chance at redemption? Or will his hunger to prove himself be his downfall? Rated T+ Date Available: 01/24/2018
BONUS REVIEW by "Doc" Schaefer
Part 3 of the Avengers Epic Event throws all the confusing yet overwhelming battles and new characters to the back burner and chooses instead to focus in on ... Quicksilver??? Two evil teams, a missing Earth, natural disasters, Jarvis in the hospital and we decide to shelf that so we can take a close look at one of Cap's Kookie Quartet? A character that couldn't make it as an X-man, an Avenger, or an Inhuman?! And the worse part of all of it, is that even in this time to shine moment, Waid, Ewing, and Zub still treat him like Charlie Brown. But the whiney, pouty, Flash wannabe has been doing this since his first appearance in 1964, so this is nothing of interest. I give it 5 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
