Aquaman #2 (2016) $2.99 Quantity
VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
(W) Dan Abnett (A/CA) Brad Walker, Andrew Hennessy 'THE DROWNING,' Chapter Two: In issue #2, unity between land and sea is Arthur Curry's greatest dream. But Black Manta has a dream too: to destroy everything Aquaman stands for, starting with the sea king's Atlantean embassy and everyone in it. Date Available: 07/06/2016
BONUS REVIEW by "Doc" Schaefer
Aquaman's rebirth continues to develop and stay on course. His ages old feud with Black Manta takes a dramatic turn here but no spoilers. I just hope the citizens of the DC Universe aren't the mindless sheep that Black Manta pictures them as. The plot line of bringing Atlantis into the world as a global superpower deserves to be explored in detail. I would be very disappointed to see this devolve into a mutants versus homo sapiens story. I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
