Bottom line is it's a well written and well drawn comic book that really entertains. These points are irrefutable and cannot be argued, in fact the prosecution doesn't even attempt to do so. They want to distract you with points like 'he doesn't wear red shorts', 'this isn't the Superman I read as a kid', or 'Superman would never threaten someone'. If the point of the DC relaunch was to make the comics & characters as similar as possible to what you used to read then those would be some VERY valid complaints. Unfortunately for the prosecution that was NOT the point of the relaunch. The point was to make new and different comics that are not only a delight to look at, but to read as well, which this comic accomplished in spades. The defense rests its case.
