The new blood in Gotham City plans to wipe Catwoman off the streets! The only way to prove herself to the crime lords of Gotham is to pull off an impossible heist — before her cold-blooded counterpart does!

"So, what’s up with that Grahams rating? Simple: DC is making it nearly impossible for me to give a single comic a grade, mostly because they’re making it impossible to even READ a single comic. For example, this issue has a fairly straight-forward story about Catwoman getting back to her roots and going up against Gotham’s new premiere criminal, The Thief. I know, it’s not Shakespeare, but at least it’s a fairly cohesive Catwoman story. That is, until it inexplicably gets derailed in favor of a wholly unwelcome Salvation Run tie-in. So, how then to rate this issue? As a Catwoman story? As a Salvation Run tie-in? As an (inevitable) Countdown tie-in? For me, none of the above. Until DC can figure out how to integrate these things in a way that one could charitably call ‘not ham-fisted’, all I can do is put up a big ol’ CAUTION sign, and you can read at your own risk. Get used to that rating, since you’ll be seeing on a lot of DC books…"
