What If Spider-Man The Other #1 (2006)

What If Spider-Man The Other #1 (2006)

$39.99
VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
Written by Peter David, penciled by Khoi Pham, cover by Mark Brooks
In "The Other," Peter Parker returned from the dead and embraced his "inner spider." But what if the detente that was reached between man and arachnid had not ended there? What if the man known as Peter Parker had been completely consumed by his inner, bestial impulses, and became more spider than man?
BONUS REVIEW by DAL BUSH
After two week ago's awful What If? Avengers Disassembled and this past summer's awful Spider-Man: The Other, you'd think this would have to be better. You would be wrong. Wrong and sad. Wrong, sad and possibly stricken with cancer. Maybe on that last one. What I do know for sure is that this manages to take the nearly-unreadable Spider-Man: The Other plot way way WAY over the line into unreadable. I think it actually made me hate literacy. If you buy this, be warned: you will make an angel lose its wings. 1 Graham
