REVIEW by Brian Fisher

As this three part mini-series come to a close one question comes to mind: Will any of it end up mattering? A recommendation of this series hinges on whether it has bearing on Secret Invasion in a larger way. Will Teddy/Dorrek really being a turning point in the war? Will he really accept his station as “messiah” and end the conflict once and for all? Will these kids, the next generation in super-heroics step up and show the world their potential? Or will this series end up being nothing but filler, explaining away where two of the “good” Skrulls on Earth were during the conflict? Taken on its own merits this was a fun series, very well written and entertaining, introducing certain concepts that hopefully will figure into the bigger picture when all is said and done. And if not, sure I’ll be disappointed but I won’t feel that I’ve wasted my time in reading it.
I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams
