VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
Written by ANDY LANNING & DAN ABNETT Penciled by WELLINTON ALVES Cover by ALEX MALEEV
Face-to-really-big-face with Galactus! He’s attempted to save evacuees, he’s tried to bring down a horrifying serial killer, he’s even gone one-on-one with the Silver Surfer…but now our lone space cop must take his plight directly to the Big G himself! But the question is: will this universal force of nature even listen? It’s got Galactus, Silver Surfer, Nova, crazy twists and pretty art—so don’t you owe it to yourself to check out the book that Ain’t It Cool News says “knocked my socks off with each and every issue”?
BONUS REVIEW by GARY OWENS

Where should I start? First, the good news; this issue works. From the brief appearances of an aloof Silver Surfer, to Galactus gourging on a planet (and not being stopped), to the sci-fi angle of a dark and distant solar system, it worked. Great story overall, and I give Abnett and Lanning big kudos. But the bad news, and there are two: When I reviewed the first issue in this story, I thought the main villain cliché. Still do, and for me something more could have been done. But the really bad news is that my initial rating was too low. The ending was unpredictable, and solid. I can’t change the first rating higher, but now…
I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
