'THE LIES' part five! Diana takes another step closer to discovering the truth…and the mysterious Godwatch responds!

BONUS REVIEW by Kevin Healy

This is an odd thing to write, but it relates to a double splash page in this book so here it goes: Liam Sharp has drawn the best shopping mall scene in the history of comics. I think its important to note that, because this is a book where even the little things matter. The Rucka/Sharp team has excelled making Diana accessible and fictionally distant, truly a wonder, and that's everywhere in this book, from a mall, to a beach, command center, and a certain island.

Having said all that, let me be the bearer of bad news. This story is called 'Lies', and there hasn't been so much of the lying yet. The cover even looks like Diana is in a cocoon somewhere having information fed into her or taken from her all Matrix-y. Be ready for something different in issue #10. Be ready to taste the sad, Mikey.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
