BONUS REVIEW by Kirk Jackson

This is a comic full of joy. Specifically speaking, it’s full of the joy of punching. Kid Gladiator, the son of one of the most powerful and decorated individuals in the universe, has been called home not to fight, but to keep him out of harm’s way. So what does he do? He beats up his bodyguards, so he can go fight for his planet against terrible odds. What’s even better is that he credits Wolverine and his other earth bound teachers for instilling him with enough free thought to rebel. As a result he has so much fun punching the Builders’ armada that he doesn’t even realize what a war hero he is becoming in the process. The pencils by Bradshaw and colors by Mossa cleanly and beautifully portray the punching in glorious detail.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
