 It's an okay issue. Not a great one, but thankfully not a bad one. My biggest complaint with this issue is the fact that I know that it's PART 1 of 12!? If I'd read this issue NOT KNOWING how long this storyline 'ALL OUT WAR' would run I'd probably have enjoyed it more. Not a fan of Neegan (I'm just like the Governor but worse! whoa.) - so I'm glad to know that this running far too long arc with him is finally coming to some kind of end!
