This issue is o.k, but only o.k. We get a tale of Ben Kenobi's past on Tatooine from the journal Luke recovered in issue #6. It's a fine conceit, used to better effect in Dark Horse's first run on Conan by Kurt Busiek. Ben watching over Luke on Tatooine was also better by Dark Horse in their Visionaries book in the 'Old Wounds' story. There's better Jedi regret going on in the Kanan series, so I don't know what the point was for this issue. Some of Simone Bianchi's art is great, some looks unfinshed, making this a long wait for a book that feels more fill-in and than full-on, even if it was planned to be here. Bring on Stuart Immonen next issue.

I give it 6 out of 10 Grahams
