Spider-Men II #3

$5.00
VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
(W) Brian Michael Bendis
(A/CA) Sara Pichelli

Meeting the Miles Morales who was already in the Marvel Universe sets OUR Miles OFF!
As if he weren't struggling with interior conflicts that were tougher than the external conflicts, this revelation hits Miles hard.
Luckily, Peter Parker, an expert on personal tragedy and dark spots, is by his side!

BONUS REVIEW by Kevin Healy

This is a pretty good issue of Kingpin Ep. I, The Phantom Kingpin. That's maybe not the best thing for it to be when the cover shows Miles Morales tearing the mask off of Miles Morales. Miles is in this issue, but Miles isn't. We get a good chunk of Miles' origin though, but how that will cross over with Miles is yet to be seen. I can tell you, knowing what I know about Miles, he's not going to respond well to what Miles is doing, and would travel for miles to stop it.

Wilson is neat in this issue. He's not named Miles. Leave it to Bendis to leave Spider-Man AND Spider-man out of an issue of Spider-Men.

I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams
