For those of you new to the publisher, this is going to be a story that you'll have to keep up with, because although a bunch of people jumped on with X-O, this iteration of the Valiant Universe has been around for five years.
Let me help.
Livewire used to work for Harada, leader of the Harbinger Foundation. After wearing the X-O armor during a battle, she found out enough about Harbinger to leave and never go back. Now she's gathering the "lesser" psiots (super-powered folk) that Harada never bothered with. Fighting will no doubt ensue.
Highly recommended for those who are brave enough to jump into a story without yet another hand holding, senses shattering Collectors Item #1 that they didn't need.
