(W) John Layman (A) Chris Mooneyham (CA) Glenn Fabry Dr. Reinstöt is hosting a party! AN APOCALYPSE PARTY! He's gotten his hands on some xenomorph DNA: a dream come true for a mad genetic scientist who's already built a clan of animal hybrids. He's also captured a Predator, and even his old acquaintance Judge Dredd has come knocking on his isolated lab's door. Now that his friends are here and ready to go, the only thing left to do is hit the town! They're taking the party to Mega-City One and raising hell! Written by Eisner Award-winning, New York Times best-selling Chew creator John Layman! A co-publication with IDW and 2000 AD! Date Available: 12/07/2016
BONUS REVIEW by Kevin Healy
Drokkin' terrific stuff. John Layman shows he knows the rules of the Alien universe, Predator universe, and Dredd's universe, finding a way to mix them w/out just stealing bits that happened already in other stories. Chris Mooneyham's art still compares favorably to the Kubert on the original Batman vs Predator, but I swear there are at least two panels that are straight John Romita Jr. It all works. These things rarely do. You really might want to give this one a chance if you go for any of the three worlds being mixed together. I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
