Hunt #1 (2016)

$4.50
VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
(W) Colin Lorimer
(A/CA) Colin Lorimer, Joana Lafuente
Dream or reality? For a long time, teenager Orla Roche couldn't tell them apart, and now THE HUNT is coming with its nightmare world of the restless dead. An intense story of survival, THE HUNT is a supernatural horror tale that will give Irish mythology a distinctly modern twist.
Date Available: 07/20/2016
BONUS REVIEW by Shawn

'Tis true I'll be tellin' ye first that I am in fact a Scotch Irishman. 'Tis also true that I have a fondness for getting a wee bit soused and fighting myself. Having said that, 'tis also true that the Irish are good for more than drunk jokes and lending character panache to various Wildlings on Game of Thrones. We can tell fine tales o' the shivers. This first issue has the makings of one of the best horror comics you've ever read. If it starys this good, it will rival any horror book on the stands right now, including Wytches, Harrow County, the Walking Dead, and my beloved Revival. Highly recommended, and yes, I'm sober as I type this.

I give it 10 out of 10 Grahams
