 Green Arrow and Black Canary together again for the very seventeenth time. It would be a great jump-on issue, if only there was a boxing glove arrow to be had. Still, all in all, I'd give it 4 goatees and a drug addled ward. I give it 7 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
