BONUS REVIEW by John Schaefer

I hate to admit it but someone finally understands comic book history. Not since the days of DC's Mr. and Mrs. Superman has a writer figured out what happens to super-heroes when they get old. The world goes on and they are remembered. New heroes try to live up to the examples they set and the children take over as they become adults. Reed Richards' time jumps into the future were wonderfully touching and Ben Grimm's analisys of the future was terribly right on. In the year 5012, no one will ever know how delicious a hamburger really was. It is these brief glipses into the almost real life of these characters that keep me interested in this book. And after 605 issues that's saying something.
