The unthinkable happens at the heart of the DC Universe when the world’s most beloved hero – Superman – dies defending us all from Doomsday! Meanwhile, Brian Bolland takes us into the Time Pool with The Atom, leaving him face-to-face with the Demon in Camelot!
Date Available: 11/17/2010
BONUS REVIEW by JOHN ROBINSON & JOHN SCHAEFER

It gives a man hope that DC is still using that rich history that they have to to tell a story. An Atom Time-Pool story by Len Wein guesting the Shining and Silent Knights as well as Camelot 3000's version of King Arthur was 1970's fanarific. What makes it so exceptional is that this back-up story, titled CAMELOT 500 featured artwork by original series artist Brian Bolland. Getting Bolland to do interior work is no small task, but getting him to revisit a character he's famous for was twice as delightful. It's a shame that there wasn't more fanfare to announce this special tale! Don't let it slip past you!
