Clone Conspiracy Omega

Clone Conspiracy Omega

$4.99
VERY FINE/NEAR MINT

THE CLONE CONSPIRACY is finished, but the impacts on Spider-Man's life is HUGE. The Rhino comes at Spider-Man with an intense fury and aims to pin the spider to the wall… permanently. What was the final fate of Ben Reilly? Or the Lizard? Witness the first chapter of the next big Spider-Book by Peter David & Mark Bagley!
Date Available: 03/01/2017
BONUS REVIEW by Kevin Healy

The meat of this book is two stories with Kane and Ben Reilly. If you've liked Clone Conspiracy so far, its not too big a stretch to think you'll like these too. The Kaine story, 'Collateral Damage', has very nice art from Cory Smith. The Ben story, 'Give Us A Wink', has Peter David. Those are both good things.

There's a third story, 'King's Favor', which introduces us to Stuart Immonen as artist extraordinaire on Amazing Spider-Man. It's glorious, and would get an '8' on its own. The Kingpin's mass is used as negative space, almost a white hole, while almost every other thing in those panels is swirling towards or away from him. It should be enough to get you excited about ASM #25.

I give it 6 out of 10 Grahams
