1:50 Lee Virgin Cover
All small towns have secrets. All small towns have ghosts. Blackcross, in the Pacific North West of America, has more secrets than most. And it is being haunted by something impossible. BLACKCROSS, a supernatural extension of the PROJECT SUPERPOWERS mythos, is a ghost story about something reaching out from the other side of the night, through the forest and mist of this remote town, to grasp at the hearts of a handful of people who may not find out that they're the targets of a strange killer until it's much, much too late.
Date Available: 05/18/2016
BONUS REVIEW by "Doc" Schaefer

Remember the first series of Man-Thing from back in the 70's? Remember the creepy disjointed feeling that crept up your spine as you read them? Blackcross has that same feel to it and is a welcome relief to today's standard comic fare. It also heralds the return of the Project Superpowers Universe! Anybody catch the Nedor reference on the first page?! No spoilers here and none are needed. Warren Ellis weaves a fascinatingly eerie story with Cotton Worley's art raising the bar. Even Morgan Hickman's colors add to the feeling of dread. This is a book to check out!

I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams
