 Tom King is back after the Mediocre Men crossover, and he brought Mikel (Grayson) Janin with him. This issue has Batman treating Arkham Asylum as his own personal club house, filled to the brim with a veritable legion of potential n'er-do-wells for him to recruit, no try-outs required because he's the one that put them there. If you've been waiting for this book to become "Vision good", the future may be now. Highly recommended-accept no substitutes. I give it 9 out of 10 Grahams VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
