All New X-Men #28 (2012) second print

$3.99
VERY FINE/NEAR MINT
Written by Brian Michael Bendis
Art & Cover by Stuart Immonen
The future Brotherhood of Evil Mutants make their next devastating step against the sanctity of the X-Men. Plus, more on the new mysteries surrounding Jean Grey!
Date Available: 7/30/2014
BONUS REVIEW by Kevin Healy

The future X-Men have defeated the Brotherhood of Evil X-Men, but the Brotherhood of Evil X-Men have sent word back in time (to the future) ABOUT that defeat, leaving the Brotherhood of Evil X-Men to plan how to best attack the X-Men of today by destroying one of the X-Men of the past. Last issue, that sentence wouldn't have made sense to anyone. This issue, if it DOESN'T make sense, you're going to have a rough ride. Jean's special new specialness comes to the forefront as its own deus ex machina as we bounce back and forth between the B.O.E.X.M. plotting to pummel the X.M., and the X.M. being well and fully pummeled. Stuart Immonen hits all the right notes with big action and nuanced character expression mixed with Bendis!(tm)ey dialogue, for another winner.

I give it 8 out of 10 Grahams
